Code of Conduct

Changtai Group only co-operates with partner factories in China that comply with the BSCI Code of Conduct. We inspect all our production lines monthly to monitor that the following guidelines are complied with:

• The Rights of Freedom of Association and Collective Bargaining

• Fair remuneration

• Occupational health and safety

• Special protection for young workers

• No bonded labour

• Ethical business behaviour

• No discrimination

• Decent working hours

• No child labour

• No precarious employment

• Protection of the environment

Production line certification

All of the Changtai Group selected partner production lines are ISO 9001/ISO 14001 /ISO 45001 certified.

Product certification

​

All products comply with CE/RoHS/REACH standard for the European market. We co-operate with the following test labs in China: ITS, SGS and TÜV. Our management system monitor that all test reports and certificates are timely applied for and updated before expiration. For OEM projects we offer to handle the product certification for our customers. 

Packing material

​

We monitor that all packaging material comply with EU Directives ref recycling and REACH. For OEM projects we support our customers with up to date environment friendly packaging material.
